With strong relationships with national retailers, the real estate community, and local municipalities, Albert provides comprehensive investment sales, leasing, and property management services across Metropolitan New York and Long Island.

Albert developed one of the first online commercial property management software called UnitConnect. His knowledge of the New York commercial real estate industry uniquely positioned him to develop UnitConnect to help both commercial and residential property managers and landlords more effectively manage and grow their businesses. From this point forward, he combined his interest in commercial real estate and technology to revolutionize the industry.

Prior to AssetCRG, Albert founded and served as the CEO of BuzzTarget, a three-in-one online marketing platform that helps commercial real estate professionals buy, sell, lease, and finance properties. BuzzTarget provides users free unlimited listings, targeted email marketing distribution, and the ability to manage and distribute to private contact lists. Albert also serves as the President of First Class Management where he is responsible for managing over 300 tenants of commercial and office property as well as accountable for all business, financial, and management aspects of the company.
