ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Akiva Goldstein

Prior to joining MSC in early 2018, Mr. Goldstein served in the Israel Defense Forces as an Elite Paratrooper Brigade. Following his service, Akiva attended Drexel University and began working at Susquehanna International Group SIG. There, Akiva built his knowledge and experience around the finance world.

Using his retail and market knowledge from a trading and real estate background, Akiva specializes in both tenant and landlord representation in the Greater Philadelphia Suburbs.

Akiva currently works as the exclusive agent for institutional landlords including Acadia Realty Trust, Aimco, Korman Communities, and Crow Holdings. Akiva has also represented Kimco Realty, working on the prestigious lifestyle center Suburban Sqaure. In addition to his work on the landlord side, Akiva represents a diverse mix of tenants such as Burger King, Spread Bagelry, Smoothie King, Dunkin Donuts, BurgerFi, Playa Bowls, UPS, Cookie Cutters, and Pizza Twist. He has provided services from market penetration to tenant rollouts to both corporate and franchised concepts as well as startups.

Additionally, Akiva is extremely active in the Philadelphia real estate community. He has been a member of ICSC International Council of Shopping Centers since he joined MSC. Since 2019, he has served as a board member of the Philadelphia chapter of ICSC Next Gen, which provides educational and professional services to the real estate community. Akiva is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in PA, NJ, and DE.
