ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Adele Chauvin

As Vice-President, Commercial Division and Lafayette Branch Manager, Adele oversees the operations of the commercial division and its portfolio of over 18 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space throughout Louisiana. Her responsibilities include staff supervision; business development; policy and procedure creation and implementation; leasing, tenant and vendor relations; construction management and maintenance contract negotiation; monthly financial reporting and annual budget preparation. Adele earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Psychology and a Master of Business Administration from Millsaps College.
