ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Aaron Johnson

Aaron Johnson joined SRS in 2020 as managing principal of the Investment Properties Group (IPG) in the DallasFt. Worth office, focusing on multi-tenant assets in the South Central Region.

With more than 18 years of experience in retail real estate, Aaron has a distinguished presence in the investment sales arena to the central region, and strengthens SRS' capital markets capabilities across the nation. Most recently with JLL Capital Markets where he was a director for their retail investment advisory team through the HFF acquisition, he focuses mainly on the North Texas market and the southern U.S., and has been a key contributor to more than $5 billion in transactions throughout his career. He has broad experience with all types of retail assets including neighborhood and community centers, lifestyle centers, power centers, and enclosed malls.

Aaron is a volunteer leader for the Boy Scouts of America and works with the Nations Refugee Outreach, an organization that provides education and family services to help meet the practical needs of refugees in the Dallas area.
