Private entrance is from the private parking lot.  Upon entering you are welcomed to the first floor  by a spacious reception area on the right and to the left is an executive office leading to a conference room that features a snack or breakroom.  The full restroom is convenient for handicap patrons.  There are 5 private rooms currently used for physical therapy that could be converted to office space.  The second floor is accessed from the staircase in the reception area.  There are 4 additional private rooms, full bath and an open area currently used as a large classroom.
