I wanted to let you know that we are anxious and willing to work with you to open this location. Battlement Mesa has a population of over 6,000 people.We came to Battlement as real estate developers, and in the process also purchased the three commercial centers. We feel it's vital to build a community, not just a bunch of houses. We are beginning construction of approximately 350 new homes starting in Spring 2022 and expect a total of approximately 2,500 new homes over the next 5-10 years. The anticipated increase in Battlement Mesa's population should exceed that of Rifle or Glenwood Springs.We are also working on driving traffic to our commercial centers. We will do this by holding quarterly events and bringing in new tenants. We recently had a Christmas Market and had over 1,000 in attendance. We also recently signed a lease with Ace Hardware and they are set to open in March of 2022. Other tenants include a coffee shop, salon, liquor store and some other small businesses.
