This is an ideal site for Commercial or Mixed Use Development. The city is in the process of a General Plan Update, and has indicated a willingness to rezone a portion to Multi Family Housing. There is a need for good affordable housing and/or new Apartments in San Jacinto. All of the existing Apartments are very old. The newly constructed Casino has added 600 jobs, and many of the people taking those jobs will be looking for a nice place to live. This is also an ideal site to land bank.
