A COUNTRY SALOON WITH A MODERN TWIST

With 11,000 square feet Double Diamond Steakhouse & Saloon has 2 full kitchens, 3 full-service bars, an independent restaurant dining area, plenty of table seating in the Saloon, an entertainment stage and dance floor, 6 full size pool tables including 2 new “Diamond” tournament tables, 2 new interactive electronic dart boards, Idaho video machines, and an indoor arena used for many sporting events.

We continued to keep our staff working, customers served and even able to offer live music, pool tournaments, pool leagues as well as other entertainment with appropriate safety measures in place, during the time when many establishments were closed, THE DOUBLE DIAMOND SALOON NEVER CLOSED!

Our steakhouse is open offering Kansas City BBQ and is selling out many nights! The Double Diamond Saloon grill is well known in the area for the great “Double Diamond Burger” – and is open 365 days a year and serves food until we close at 2:00 am!

Double Diamond Saloon participates in many charity fundraisers; from pool tournaments, motorcycle rally’s, antique car shows, rodeo after parties, and corn hole tournaments just to name a few. We also sponsor a old fashioned street dance in August that the community has come to anticipate every year.

We also provide catering services – and go on the road! 2020 was the year for emergency assistance with several weddings and events at a variety of venues – Double Diamond Saloon was able to jump in and save the day at a very reasonable rate! We are booked for many events through out the summer for upcoming weddings.

Business is good here in New Plymouth Idaho! New Plymouth is growing. Located off exit 9 on 1-84, we are a quick drive to the Nampa – Caldwell area, and only about 35 minutes to the Boise area. New Plymouth still offers affordable housing with new housing in high demand.

Last year we partnered with Outlaw BBQ to lease the steakhouse 2 nights a week – now they are serving 4 nights a week offering “Kansas style” BBQ at a “family affordable price.” This has been a huge success and a welcome addition to our community for folks that desire a family friendly place to have dinner.

Double Diamond has benefited from steady growth year after year. The real estate includes 3 city tax lots, a portion of one lot is leased as a hair salon, and the lot addressed to Maple St (previously the Steakhouse) is also leased. Both tenants have been successful and are always prompt with their monthly payments offering excellent business relationships.

Double Diamond Steakhouse and Saloon is known as a “destination location”, folks come to see us because we have great food at an affordable price, excellent customer service, offer a wide variety of events; live music – painting classes – karaoke (to name a few) – and have 6 quality pool tables for tournaments, leagues and to just play pool on any given evening.
