Champion Village is a multi-tenant shopping center located right off the 215 freeway at Gibson Road. It is conveniently located on the go-home side of Gibson Road with two access points on Gibson Road and one on Las Palmas Entrada Avenue. There is a large advertising pylon sign on Gibson Road. Other tenants in the center that help drive customer traffic include Big O Tires, Jack in the Box, Speedy Mart/Union 76 and Kumon School. Many of the tenants have been in the center from five to over eleven years.

Champion Village Plaza is conveniently located adjacent to the 215 freeway on Gibson Road. The freeway in this area averaged 128,000 average cars per day in 2015 which is up from 120,000 average cars per day in 2014. Daytime population and traffic explodes due to the Valley Auto Mall, Harley Davidson, Sunset Station and other high draw businesses. The population surrounding Champion Village is booming due to new home developments such as: (1) Two new apartment complexes on Gibson Road named View and Elevate; (2) the new Dream Apartment complex on Gibson and Wigwam just north of the freeway; (3) Rylan Homes and DR Horton are adding to their developments just east of the center on Paseo Verde; (4) Pardee is adding homes to its Horizon Terrace development on Horizon Ridge and Gibson; (5) DR Horton is adding homes to its Horizon's Edge South development off Horizon Ridge; (6) the Vantage Lofts; and (7) Blue Heron is adding homes on Horizon Ridge just west of Gibson Road. Because of the expected increase in traffic, Gibson Road has recently been widened from Paseo Verde to Horizon Ridge.
