Other things to note
This home is in a 100% crime free area. Literally NO incidents of any kind in the 20 years we've lived here. It far from any undesirable parts of town as it is next door to the longest serving Mayor. Be aware when you book in other locations as many nicer older homes with character are situated in high crime older neighborhoods in Acadiana. This home is the RARE exception as it was never part of a neighborhood at all but was always a stand alone build. We value safety for our family as well as yours so stay informed please.
