Development Entitlements: Whispering Oaks is a fully approved
PUD, a copy of which can be provided as part of the Pre-Contract
Due Diligence. The approvals permit the development of 144
single family home sites and 230 townhome units. The product
specifications for this project are shown later in this package. In
2006 development was started and the site was cleared, mass
graded, and improved with some of the water, sewer and drainage
improvements called for in the civil construction documents, which
can be provided as part of the Pre-Contract Due Diligence. The
entry way to the project was completed and the lift station was
installed.
Buyers will need to confirm the status of these improvements as
part of their due diligence, the property is being sold “As Is” “where
is” with no representations or warranties.
