The Central Texas Athletic Club is an existing private country club facility which currently consists of a fitness building (8,717 sf), an office building (3,583 sf), a Bistro building (850 sf), a pool house/storage building (478 sf) and a mowing shed (301 sf). The five buildings contact approximately 13,390 s.f. of gross building area located on a 7.059 acre site. In addition to the buildings, the property currently includes a salt water swimming pool, seven tennis courts, two indoor racquet ball courts, an outdoor basketball court, volleyball court, outdoor playground, outdoor exercise area, paved parking and miscellaneous landscaping.
