Zach joined Lee & Associates - Riverside as a Junior Broker in March 2015. In 2020 Zach met the qualifications to become a Vice President and Shareholder of Lee & Associates Riverside. He has been involved in over 1,500,000 square feet of sales and leasing of industrial properties with a total transacted value of over $148,000,000.

Zach has developed relationships with local as well as institutional building owners, tenants, investors, developers as well as multiple municipalities throughout the Inland Empire. These key relationships have given Zach the tools to be a full service broker who utilizes his experience in these fields to bring value to his clients within all aspects of a transaction.

He serves multiple submarkets within the Inland Empire with a focus on the West Valley Industrial Marketplaces. He has taken the initiative to become intimately familiar with his client base by canvassing the industrial zones of his marketplace on foot. This provides Zach with the valuable street knowledge of his markets that can only be learned by face to face interaction with industrial building occupants.
