ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT William Ward III

Bill joined Dan Granot & Company in 2008, which merged in 2010 with Alan Joel Partners to become Joel & Granot Real Estate . Bill was born and raised in Atlanta and grew up watching his father broker real estate transactions. After graduating from The Westminster Schools and The University of Georgia, Bill decided to follow in his fathers footsteps and get involved in commercial real estate.

Bills focus is in office and industrial tenant representation as well as owneruser and investment sales. His knowledge of the market will allow him to bring forth the most cost-effective and efficient solution to support his clients needs. This enables him to be a valuable asset to his clients and the company.

Outside of the office Bill enjoys playing golf and he coaches football with the Northside Youth Organization. He has been coaching the 11-12 yr old BIG Packers since 2008
