ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Walter Wilkins

Walter grew up on Hilton Head Island and developed an appreciation for the natural beauty of the Lowcountry and how development in the area helped to preserve the environment around it. Walter has been with Charter I Commercial since 2005 and has closed a wide variety of transactions from investment properties, land sales, and office, retail, industrial sales and leasing. Walters ties to the community and intimate knowledge have helped buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in accomplishing their needs.

Walter resides on Hilton Head Island with his wife, Shelley and son. When not helping others with real estate, Walter can be found with family outdoors enjoying the many activities the area has to offer.
