Since 2007, Walt has been guiding clients through the real estate acquisition | disposition process. With over a decade of experience, Walt has worked in representing clients in lease and sales analysis, site selection, and investment strategies. Walt's familiarity with financing, construction, and sales help him to guide his clients through a smooth and efficient transaction.

With a family deeply rooted in real estate brokerage, Walt found his passion for the industry early on. During his time in college, he worked as an intern at NAI Latter & Blum. Shortly after, Walt became licensed and was awarded Rookie of the Year. Walt holds the designations of CCIM Certified Commercial Investment Member and ALC Accredited Land Consultant.
