ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Victor Galvani
Victor Galvani is a Partner at SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston leading the Investment Sales and Acquisition teams. In this role he represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate including investment sales, development, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, advisory services and oversees all brokerage activities.
Since joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Galvani has been an integral part of the firm's growth and has overseen the firm's expansion across New England and the Carolinas. This includes the firm's acquisition of 1,000 apartment units and over 4.5 million square feet of commercial space.
He has been directly responsible for over $600 million in sales across all the major real estate product types including office, retail, industrial, land and multifamily properties. In addition, he has assisted several developers in site selection and permitting for a variety of different uses.
Mr. Galvani's client list includes institutional investors, private capital groups, Fortune 500 companies and prominent regional tenants and landlords. His market knowledge and relationships allow his clients to navigate complex transactions with confidence. His ability to identify unique opportunities enhances his client's ability to create value and reach their goals.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Galvani earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Elon University where he also played on the golf team. Mr. Galvani is a Corporator at Avidia Bank and a member of the Hopkinton Economic Development Committee. He is also an avid golfer and member of the Framingham Country Club.
