Vicki Siokis Freeman is a Senior Director of Leasing at HSP Real Estate Group. Vicki's dynamic background as a broker, business owner, and Landlord has positioned her in the New York City marketplace for exceptional success.
She was raised in Virginia in a Greek restaurant family whose work ethic has been forever engrained and applied in her strategic and creative approach to business and her practice of real estate brokerage.
Vicki began her career with Divaris Real Estate, a regional commercial real estate firm based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She worked with landlords, tenants, and various developers. During her tenure at Divaris, she secured 12 locations for Edward Jones Investments for master broker Colliers International, and confidentially assembled over 10 acres of property on behalf of Walmart and Sam's Club for their super store site in Chesapeake, Virginia. Vicki was also responsible for resurrecting Crown Life Canada's Hampton, Virginia shopping center, by backfilling their long vacant anchor space with Rugged Wearhouse, whom she represented in multiple tenant rep assignments in the marketplace.
After her tenure at Divaris, Vicki launched, managed and branded Tower Park Corporation's Real Estate brokerage division to exclusively represent a family owned portfolio of one million square feet of space encompassing regional shopping centers, office parks, industrial, mixed-use and multifamily real estate holdings with a value in excess of $100 million. She spearheaded the brokerage for the family's largest and most prominent development, Port Warwick, the award winning $500 million mixed-use "smart growth" development in Newport News, Virginia. Her Port Warwick deal value exceeded $40 million.
