ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Tyler Nepote

Tyler Nepote joined Keller Williams Signature Partners in 2016 as an investment sales specialist focused on investment properties. Since joining KW, Tyler has assisted clients both locally and regionally acquiring commercial properties.

Tyler is the Managing Principal of Wedgewood Capital Partners, a real estate investment group specializing in "turn key" investment properties acquired at below-market rates.

Tyler is a graduate of Wichita State University with a double-major in Finance & Business Management. At Wichita State, he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, Student Ambassador Society, and various academic honor societies.

Tyler is a licensed salesperson in Kansas . He is currently working towards earning his Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation, however is locally involved in the CCIM community. Tyler is also actively involved in Children's Miracle Network, ShockerThon, YMCA Advisory Board, and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
