ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Trey Williams

Clarke M. Williams, III (Trey), is a native of Monroe, Louisiana. After receiving his undergraduate degree at Louisiana Tech University, Trey continued his education at Louisiana State University, where he received a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. While at LSU, Trey was a member of the MBA Association, the Student Alumni Association, and worked closely on multiple projects associated with the LBTC (Louisiana Business and Technology Center) Small Business Incubator. Trey also worked closely with the development of the 2005 Baton Rouge Board of Realtors Trends Seminar, and helped coordinate marketing efforts for various properties owned by R. W. Day & Associates through a summer internship.

Trey joined Latter & Blum in 2007 after working in Commercial Real Estate Appraisal. While working for the Baton Rouge appraisal firm Cook, Moore and Associates, Trey appraised different property types in locations all across the state. He became heavily involved in the analysis of affordable housing developments, including multifamily projects financed under the HUD d(4) Program and Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Projects. Trey has completed numerous market studies for LIHTC properties seeking tax credits, as well as appraisals for those that have obtained the Tax Credits. His experience in commercial real estate valuation and market analysis give Trey a unique set of skills not shared by many in his profession. Trey earned his CCIM designation in 2008 and has continued to work in the Baton Rouge Real Estate market, with experience brokering multiple property types.
