Tony Filley is an Executive Vice President with The Retail Connection and has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 22 years, where he orchestrated the expansion plans of some of the highest profile national
retail brands in the country. Tony focuses on tenant representation, landlord representation, consultation, and development.

Prior to joining TRC, Filley was the co-founder of Dallas-based Princeton Partners, which grew to become one of DallasFort Worth's leading commercial real estate firms. At Princeton, he closed over 12 million square feet of
commercial real estate deals. His services have carried him from Hattiesburg, Mississippi to Bozeman, Montana.

Prior to forming Princeton Partners, Filley created the commercial division of First Preston Realty, the country's largest residential sales and management company. He started with First Newport Realty in 1987 after a 3-year advertising career.
