Todd oversees all activities of REOC San Antonio, including all its business operations and each commercial real estate services division.
A San Antonio native, Todd began his career in commercial real estate in 1985. His early focus was in the office leasing and sales arena. After joining Mission City Properties in 1992 as its Director of Operations, Todd developed that organization into one of the largest and most successful office leasing and management firms in the city, subsequently merging that group with Koontz McCombs Realty Services prior to joining REOC San Antonio.
He has successfully won hundreds of property management and leasing assignments over the years from both entrepreneurial and institutional clients demonstrating his leadership, organizational skills and proven performance.
Clients turn to Todd because of his well-known work ethic and integrity. His associates joined him because his team has developed a great platform for serving the needs of their clients.
