ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Susan Harris

Susan Harris joined SRS as first vice president as part of the National Net Lease Group in 2021 and operates from SRS San Francisco office. She has over two decades of experience and specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant triple net retail properties and has closed more than $300 million in investment sales transactions throughout her career. Most recently an associate director with the Stan Johnson Company, she opened the companys Sausalito, California office location, increasing their West Coast market presence. Susan is highly regarded in the industry and has consistently ranked as a top producer in her past roles within brokerage. Client retention is where she truly excels, creating investment strategies tailored to her individual clients needs.

Susan is a member of ICSC and CREW New York. In the past, she held various officer positions and was a member of the board for Stop Cancer in Los Angeles. Her charitable works also include Big Animals for Little Kids in San Diego. In her time away from the office, she enjoys cooking, entertaining, live music, hiking, and travel.
