Steve Gray, a commercial real estate professional with more than twenty years of experience, is Managing Partner of Advisors Commercial Real Estate (ADVISORS). In addition to overseeing business development initiatives for ADVISORS, Gray specializes in retail project and tenant representation throughout Texas.

Prior to joining ADVISORS, Gray was Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing at Weitzman in Dallas where he oversaw the leasing for a portfolio of 70 shopping centers totaling 5 million SF. During that time, he negotiated over 350 leases totaling 2 million SF and directed a team of leasing agents that completed close to a thousand leases. Prior to Weitzman, he worked in retail services at Coldwell Banker Commercial S.A. where he handled project representation, as well as tenant representation.
