Steve Burris is the Founder and Managing Partner of Capstone Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc., an eighteen year-old commercial real estate brokerage, management, and development company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Capstone's main business lines include leasing, sales, and management of Industrial, Office, Retail, and Land properties in the DallasFort Worth Metroplex. Capstone enjoys a strong DFW reputation as a leading commercial real estate provider of "on the ground" expertise because of its unique platform of brokers specializing in specific submarkets of the Metroplex. Capstone currently handles the leasing and disposition of Millions of square feet of properties and is continually turning a sales and leasing inventory with a value of over $100 Million.

As Capstone's service platform has expanded, Steve has branched out into the acquisition arena by forming partnership interests focusing on "value add" opportunities in the land and commercial real estate sectors. Capstone Commercial handles the brokerage and management function for these properties and in turn Capstone enjoys the benefit and exposure of these additional properties to its portfolio.

CCIM Members are recognized experts in the commercial and investment real estate industry. CCIMs have completed a curriculum that covers ethics, interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate. CCIMs have completed a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience. Finally, they have demonstrated their proficiency in the CCIM skill sets by successfully completing a comprehensive examination.

Steve enjoys giving back to his community and church and helping those less fortunate. He is a leader at his church and community and also coach's youth soccer as well as plays on an adult men's team in Frisco. He has a passion for missions both local and abroad. He and his wife and two boys live in Frisco.
