ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Stephen LaMure

Stephen LaMure's keen understanding of key markets and emerging industry trends is a result of his extensive career in Commercial Real Estate. His experiences in the industry working with diverse businesses and ownership structures honed his entrepreneurial perspective and has helped to guide the vision for the Company he created. Dominus Commercial, founded in 2001, has become a firm where team members care about and respect every client, working tirelessly on their behalf, while showing the same level of care and respect for one another. Stephen started his career developing his investment skills during his time with top tier financial firms at NYLIFE Securities LLC and New York Life Insurance Co., where he focused on real estate related industries. Trammel Crow Co. would prove to be the platform from which Steve would shape his commercial real estate career. As President and CEO of Dominus Commercial, Steve oversees and participates in every aspect of the business. His responsibilities include project development, investment and property management, leasing, and corporate advisory services, but he is most invested in developing future entrepreneurs and building high functioning teams.

Twenty-four years of Commercial Real Estate experience has allowed Steve to be involved in the development, redevelopment and repurpose of numerous projects. He has successfully managed, marketed, leased and served as asset manager, operating partner, or third-party brokerage and management provider on as well as having personally invested and provided investment oversight and marketing to tens of millions of square feet of commercial space throughout Texas and the Southwest. His initial leap into the commercial real estate business was specializing in the submarket of Las Colinas in Irving, Texas with Baker Commercial. With Baker, Stephen helped to lead a team that developed over one million square feet of office space, most notably, the MacArthur Ridge spec. office development. This project was fully leased on a synthetic lease by a telecommunications company prior to completion of tower one and ground-breaking of tower two.

LaMure devotes much of his time to charitable, community and business organizations. Stephen is the past President of the Dallas
Chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), where he served on the board for 5 years and currently serves as the Area Director for the EO Central Region's Board of Directors. He currently serves as a mentor for the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at UT Dallas and enjoys being an official mentor for both EO and REVTECH. He is involved with the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) through the U.S. State Department and sits on the University of Dallas Alumni's Advisory Panel. To further prove his alumni pride he is active with the Groundhog Rugby Alumni Association. Steve gained valuable insight and enjoyed the camaraderie of the North Texas brokerage community in the six years that he served on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He has been the Irving Flood District 1 Board Secretary for 6 years. Steve had the fortunate opportunity to volunteer as Dad's Club President for Alcuin Montessori School, and was honored to be requested to serve two back-to-back terms. Dedicated to encouraging family involvement, Stephen loved his time as the Big Chief for the Y-Guides, a YMCA program fostering strong father- child bonds; as a result of his dedicated service to that program he was awarded the prestigious T. Boone Pickens, Father of the Year award. Stephen and his wife Dana have spent 7 years volunteering for the Catholic Diocese of Dallas serving in Marriage Ministries. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in political philosophy from the University of Dallas. He currently resides in Glen Rose, Texas where he and his wife of 24 years, Dana, and their three children, Vivian, Lillian, and Ignatius, spend time outdoors, tending their growing farm, and watching the stars.
