ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Stephen Hansen

Stephen has been in the commercial real estate business since 1982, with focus on development, sales and leasing. Prior to establishing JSH Properties, Inc. and MetroMark, he was Vice President of Metropolitan Development Corporation, providing leasing and retail site acquisition for the Seattle and Los Angeles areas. He is in partnership with Village Properties, Inc., a San Francisco based retail development company. Stephen attended the University of Washington and is licensed as a Washington State real estate broker. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
