ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Sonny Scruggs

Born and raised in Lafayette, LA Sonny graduated from Lafayette High school and the University of Southwestern Louisiana USL. After graduating from college Sonny enjoyed a successful twenty-four-year career in the oil and gas industry during which time he covered the gulf coast. Always calling Lafayette Home Aside from the oil and gas industry Sonny also owns and self operates a vast portfolio of multifamily investments. This experience gives him unique insight into contract negations as well as leasing and location valuation. Sonny joined NAI Latter and Blum in 2019.
