Sean Dalton is a Managing Principal with Younger Partners and brings 20 years of real estate experience to the team. In addition to managing the office brokerage team, Sean is responsible for the strategic leasing and marketing of office/flex product within the Dallas Fort Worth area. Sean's persistence and energy along with his owner mentality and in-depth market knowledge bring intangible value to each of his clients. Sean has a strong track record having closed over 600 transactions for his clients.

Prior to Younger Partners, Sean served as a vice president at Grubb & Ellis Company where he consistently ranked a top producer within the Dallas office. Sean began his real estate career at Holt Lunsford Commercial where he helped grow the company's office portfolio to over four million square feet and completed over 130 transactions.
