Scott Colton is a licensed California real estate agent and Senior Associate of Lee & Associates, Inc. Irvine, a full-service real estate company and a member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Mr. Colton is a graduate of Stanford University, at Palo Alto. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Sociology.

Mr. Colton specializes in the representation of landlords and tenants focusing on the leasing and sale of general office and medical space in the Orange County real estate market.

Mr. Colton joined Lee & Associates in 2018, and had teamed up with highly respected Senior Vice President, Allen Basso and Eric Darnell. Mr. Colton brings with him over seven years of Landlord and Tenant representation experience, successfully representing such companies as Oceans Church, YMCA, Centaurus Financial, Kimley-Horn & Associates, U.S. Bank, First Citizens Bank and Trust Company, Aerotek, Colton Company, and many other local Tenants and Landlords. In the past seven years, Mr. Colton has completed over 425 transactions valued over $250 million and has been named the top Associate of 2021 for the Lee & Associates, Inc. Irvine office.
