ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Sam Christensen

Sam has been a commercial real estate consultant since 2003 focused in land development, retail and hospitality properties. Sam has extensive experience operating, selling and leasing restaurants, dealerships, hotels and retail centers. For nearly two decades, Sam was involved as an investor in land development, participating in multiple RDASID projects, including the 22 acre Provo East Bay development. Sam is a founding member in various startup businesses from franchised auto dealerships, restaurants, biotech and mining companies. Sam has experience in many fields, earning his BS and MS Degrees in mechanical engineering, serving as corporate Vice President in the mining industry, and a manufacturing manager in the pharmaceutical industry for over a decade. Sam is a creative consultant, who will show you how to get the most out of your real estate project, even when it seems most difficult.
