ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Ryan Hays

Ryan Hays joined Block & Company in April 2020 as a commercial sales agent. His focus is specializing in investment sales and leasing properties along with tenant representation. In the time Ryan has been at Block & Company he has finalized deals on office leases, industrial leases, retails leases, investment acquisitions, and investment sales putting together a variety of contacts to be an asset in the industry.

Prior to joining Block & Company, Ryan has polished his sales experience as the midwest rep for UCS Spirit, one of the largest athletic equipment manufacturers in the United States. Specializing in track & field sales he worked with most major universities in the area such as the University of Kansas, the University of Missouri, Kansas State University, the University of Nebraska and more.

Ryan is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Economics. While there he was a student athlete on the track competing in the pole vault and a captain of the track team. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys time with his wife Regan and son Whitley, along with staying active, playing golf and volleyball, or traveling.
