Ryan Goeller specializes in the sale and leasing of office and industrial properties in Northern Virginia. Ryan has advised both local and institutional Landlords, Buyers, Sellers, as well as a variety of tenants in the region. He has over 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and focuses on development, sales and leasing primarily in the Dulles Corridor. He has done extensive work with land sales and development, specifically for Data Center and Industrial properties. He was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member CCIM designation in 2008. Prior to joining KLNB, Ryan held a position of Senior Leasing Director at PS Business Parks and Senior Transaction Manager for Northrop Grumman.

- Negotiated the purchase of an assemblage of 29 properties totaling 380 acres.
