ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Ryan Dolan

Ryan J. Dolan has been associated with Dolan & Murphy, now the Dolan and Murphy Team of Caton Commercial Real Estate Group, since receiving his license in April of 1996. Ryan is the youngest son of Daniel D. Dolan and brother of Brian K. Dolan and Daniel T. Dolan.

Ryan is a 1991 graduate of Aurora Central Catholic High School and attended Waubonsee Community College and Kishwaukee College, respectively. In early November, 1999, Ryan completed coursework and obtained his brokers license. Ryan has specialized in the sales and leasing of Commercial and Industrial property in and around the Fox Valley Area, as well as the listing and sales of farm and development land sites. Ryan oversees in excess of half a million square feet of Commercial, Industrial and Office property plus several hundred acres of farm and development land owned by Dolan & Murphy partnerships.
