Rosha joined Price Edwards and Company as a Commercial Retail Specialist in April 2015. She specializes in Retail which includes LandlordTenant representation and Retail Development. Before joining Price Edwards and Company, Rosha started her real estate career at Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker & Associates. During her time at CBCHA, she was selected by CBC Corporate to represent the Midwest as the Regional Business Development Manager for Realogy's Global Client Solutions team. She had the privilege of working in corporate services with nationally recognized retailers, such as Orange Leaf in franchise development and Advanced Auto Parts in dispositions.
