Bob Brehmer leverages his more than 28 years of commercial real estate and brokerage experience. He has played a vital role in the planning and implementation of numerous strategic initiatives and overall organizational development led the company in receiving numerous industry and business awards including the Costar Power Broker Award and the NAIOP Investment Deal of the Year Award for 2004, 2005 and 2006. His passion for real estate has helped secure NAI Pleasant Valley's position as a key player in the regional commercial brokerage community. Due to Bob and his teams proven ability to create value for their clients and investors, NAI Pleasant Valley is recognized as one of the largest and most competitive commercial brokerage firms in the region.

Prior to his many years with NAI Pleasant Valley, Bob was Vice President of Developers Diversified, Leasing Representative for Chase Properties, and spent a brief period of time with Grubb and Ellis as Vice President of the Industrial Division.

Bob highly values giving back to the community and is a member of the City of Stow Economic Development Steering Committee. His professional affiliations include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a coveted and respected designation achieved by only 6 percent of commercial real estate practitioners.
