ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Ricci Rodriguez-Elkins

With over 13 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, Ricci is proficient in all aspects of real estate transactions and versed in a variety of property types including commercial properties such as multi-family complexes, hospitality, retail stores, restaurants, offices, industrial spaces, land, residential investments, vacation rental properties. A Commercial Generalist, she has represented owner-users, investors, landlords, and tenants.

Ricci joined Keller Williams Sparks in July 2015 after having served as an Associate and Project Specialist at Stark & Associates in Reno from May 2005 June 2015. At the time she joined KW Sparks, the Commercial Division did not exist. Her professionalism and expert knowledge were quickly apparent, and with a growing demand from her prior clients, she decided to pursue getting approved by Keller Williams International as a Commercial Director in order to start the Commercial Division which serves Northern Nevada.
