ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Paul Callister

Paul began his commercial real estate career in 1986 as a retail specialist at Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services. Paul opened his own brokerage in 1990; then partnered with Doug Albright in 1998 to form Albright Callister & Associates, LLC. During his career, Paul has closed transactions for clients in good and bad economies. He is always able to find value in any economy for his clients.

Paul has been instrumental in closing a significant number of office, retail, industrial, land transactions, and investment properties during his more than 34-year career in the Las Vegas commercial real estate industry. Early in his career, Paul assembled over 150 acres near the NevadaCalifornia border for Primm Resorts, which is now the site of the Primm Valley Resort golf course.
