ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Paul Borgesen III

Paul Borgesen III joined SVN in 2014. In a very short period of time, Paul has become a market expert focusing exclusively in the Downtown and Midtown Phoenix Submarkets. In 2015, Borgesen was nominated by his peers nationally for SVNs Rookie of the Year and Prospector of the Year for his energy, persistence, and work ethic during his emergence in the commercial real estate industry.

Mr. Borgesen makes it his top priority to provide his clients with an encyclopedic knowledge of his market as well as provide first in class customer service. He is a graduate of Arizona State University where he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Criminal Justice. He went on to obtain his Masters of Business Administration and holds an Arizona Real Estate Salesperson license.
