ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Patrick Hill

Patrick is a 3rd generation native Austinite with deep roots in Central Texas. During his time at TCU, Patrick focused his studies on learning the real estate industry and during his Senior year became a founding board member of the TCU Real Estate Club, an accomplishment that helped him earn an elite internship with The Staubach Company.

Patrick is focused on tenant representation and commercial asset disposition acquisition. He is an expert at sourcing off-market real estate opportunities and tailoring aggressive marketing and negotiation strategies that help align his clients' needs with their unique wants. Patrick specializes in providing strategic consulting services for corporate clients in the office and industrial sectors.

Patrick has been married to his high school sweetheart since 2015, has 2 young daughters, and sits on the board of directors for Hillside Early Childhood Center. He is an avid golfer, runner and can be found playing with his kiddos or working in his garden on most weekends.
