ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Nick Rhodes

Nick Rhodes is the Owner and Managing Broker of Wildlife Properties Land Company, LLC and is a licensed real estate broker in Kansas.

Nick has extensive experience with land and rural real estate and a passion for marketing and promoting rural properties. Nick has appeared on hunting and outdoor television shows from the Pursuit Channel and Ranch & Resort TV. He has previously been featured as a weekly contributor for the nationally syndicated outdoor radio program The Revolution with Jim & Trav, where he discussed land management, conservation practices and real estate-related content for the show.

Nick, along with his wife Kaley, co-publishes MWM My Wildlife Magazine, a Kansas-based rural lifestyle and land magazine that promotes country living and rural communities.

Nick has compiled numerous real estate valuation opinions for banks, asset managers, private equity clients, buyers and sellers. As a result, Nick has developed a unique understanding of rural real estate markets, especially valuations of agricultural lands, conservation properties, country homes and historic real estate.

Nick has developed a proprietary research report that provides analysis for institutional and private investors considering the purchase of land, farms and conservation properties as part of their investment portfolio. Nick's research reports provide an investment perspective not found in traditional price opinions or appraisals.

Prior to establishing Wildlife Properties Land Company, LLC, Nick worked as a marketing executive for franchise organizations and as the manager of an advertising and marketing facility. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a Minor in Business Administration from Kansas State University.

Nick started in the real estate world as a private investor purchasing and developing conservation properties. It was a natural progression for Nick to become a licensed real estate broker extending his unique and specialized knowledge and expertise to real estate buyer and seller clients.
