ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Neil Board

As a partner of the Western Retail Advisors team since 2010, Neil serves as principal, focusing on both retailer and landlord representation. He works closely with each client to develop and implement effective, responsible market strategies and plans.

Neil has deep retail experience managing strategic, regional and national market expansions for a variety of anchor, big-box, and jr. anchor tenants including Ross, Whole Foods Market, Target, Total Wine & More and Ulta Cosmetics. Similarly, he works with quick-service, fast-casual and sit-down restaurants such as First Watch, Habit Burger and Caf Zupas. He also represents national and regional developers, assisting with leasing, merchandising and marketing of several significant regional shopping center projects for Vestar, Barclay, Realty Income, Kornwasser Shopping Center Properties and Westwood Financial.

An active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute, Neil has received many industry honors, including Staubachs Retail Rising Star Award in 2007 and the CoStar Power Broker Award for Phoenix in 2008 2019. Neil graduated from Northwestern University, earning a bachelor of arts in economics. A native of Arizona, he lives in Scottsdale, Ariz. with his son Charlie.
