ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Nathan Handmacher

Nathan Handmacher is a Senior Advisor and Property Manager at Stirling Properties. He has been active in the commercial real estate business since 2004, starting his tenure at Stirling Properties in 2011. He has experience in all facets of the real estate industry, including tenant representation, commercial sales and leasing, asset and property management, development, and investment sales.

Mr. Handmacher has expertise in office, retail, land, and industrial properties in Alabama, South Mississippi, and the Florida Panhandle. In addition to providing brokerage services, he currently manages a diverse portfolio of more than 600,000 square feet of retail, office, and industrial properties.

Additionally, Mr. Handmacher serves as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for The Learning Tree, Inc., and he is the Treasurer of the Board of Trustees for The Springhill Avenue Temple. He was formerly president of the Mobile Touchdown Club and a member of the 2006 class of Leadership Mobile.

He currently lives in Fairhope, Alabama, with his wife and four children.
