Nathan has completed a wide array of transactions that include the typical sale and lease of manufacturing, distribution, flex, and warehouse buildings. His persistent work ethic leads him to success in procuring tenants for a portfolio of diverse properties as well as tenant representation through his client canvassing skills. Nathan is an Oakland University graduate where he received his degree in Corporate Finance and in Marketing. His curriculum included many facets of business including strategic marketing, basic business law and consumer behavior.
