Nate Cordray is a real estate investment specialist advising clients in the disposition and acquisition of healthcare investment properties nationwide. Nate works out of the West Coast office alongside partners, Gary Chou, Aron Cline, and Calvin Short. Berkeley Capital Advisors has represented both physician groups, institutionalprivate investors, operators, developers, and private equity groups, with extensive experience in both individual assets as well as portfolio transactions. Nate's in-depth knowledge of the market combined with his expertise in marketing have provided value to his clients and helped close a variety of transactions. Leveraging his investment knowledge and commitment to his clients throughout his career, Nate has cultivated long-standing relationships with private clients, national operators, developers, private equity firms, and REITs across the country. Prior to joining Berkeley Capital Advisors, Nate worked at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services and has done commercial real estate transactions across product type including net lease retail, restaurant, medical, and office. As a resident of Altadena, Nate enjoys spending his free time with his wife, son, and two rescue dogs.
