Mitchell actively works with gas dealers and restaurant & hotel operators, directly advising on short- and long-term strategic goals relating to business operations and real estate holdings. His activities include expansion through the acquisition of operations and real estate portfolios, divestment of such portfolios, the continuation of operations via sale-leasebacks, and collaboration with Matthews Capital Markets division to provide equity, refinance, and debt procurement solutions.
