ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Mike Hanna

Mike Hanna is a shareholder and Senior Vice President of Lee & Associates Group of Companies providing commercial real estate and investment brokerage services in the Inland Empire, Southern California. Mikes real estate career spans 25 years in both Arizona and California. Over the last 10 years he has established the investment services team in the Inland Empire specializing in financial strategy and modeling, property evaluation, detailed market and national research and submarket trend analysis to provide clients key and critical information to enhance their investment opportunities. Mike has an extensive knowledge of the Inland Empire investment sale market and provides a broad array of value-added brokerage services including a local, regional and national marketing platform for acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and new development. Mike has been involved in more than $850 Million in sales transactions throughout Southern California and other markets throughout the United States.

Assignments have been completed for a wide variety of asset types including office, retail, multi-family, industrial, hospitality and raw land. He is widely recognized as a knowledgeable and trusted asset, resource and representative for his clients.

Prior to his real estate investments career, Mr. Hanna graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ with his bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Finance (Real Estate), Sociology and Communications.

Outside of work, Mike and his wife Amy and their two children live in the Wine Country in Temecula. Mike is actively involved in the International Council of Shopping Centers, ICSC, both nationally and locally.
