Mike, founding partner of NAI Select in Boise, Idaho, is a 12-year commercial real estate veteran with a wide range of real estate expertise, including retail, office, industrial, land and multifamily property transaction experience. Mike has built a solid foundation of corporate clients through his tenant advisory services.

Mr. Erkmann successfully guides local and national clients with their commercial real estate acquisitions, asset dispositions, 1031 exchanges, and lease obligations. Mike has led clients in over 200 commercial lease and sales transactions, totaling an excess of $300 million. His specific areas of expertise include market knowledge, financial structuring, transaction management, space utilization and strategic planning. Mike consistently exceeds the investment goals of his clients.

Mike has a passionate appreciation for Idaho and the outdoor enjoyments that this unique state offers. When not in the office, he and his wife of 13 years and their 3 young children spend the weekends camping, skiing, and fly fishing.
