ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Michael Martin

Michael Martin joined NAI Sioux Falls in 2011 as our Commercial Property Manager. Michael managed over 700,000 square feet of commercial property before transferring to commercial brokerage in 2015. Since then he as represented clients on over $38 million of lease and sale transactions.

Michael managed commercial property for over four years before transitioning to commercial real estate brokerage. His strong construction and property management background offers our clients a unique benefit in their search for commercial properties.

Michael grew up in Brandon, SD and now resides in Sioux Falls with his wife Ashley and their daughter, Johannah. He is an avid triathlete and a two-time Ironman Finisher. He also serves on the Board of Directors for HorsePower, a non-profit organization which provides equestrian programs for individuals with physical, emotional and | or cognitive challenges.
