ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Michael Gonzalez

Michael Gonzalez joined Structure in the beginning of 2024, bringing nearly a decade of DFW sale & leasing experience with him. From his start at Vision Commercial, Michael worked his way up to Senior Director and then went on to become Vice President of Investment Sales for both Wynmark Commercial and TIG Real Estate Services, respectively. During this time, Michael sold and leased single tenant assets, medical/office buildings, strip centers and large tenanted projects. He also built strong relationships, both locally and nationally, with an extensive network of private investors, brokers, lenders, developers and institutional investors. Michael provides strategic advisory, valuation, negotiation, due diligence management and ensures maximum value is created for his clients in every transaction. He is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), and is a CCIM candidate
